Motivational Dumpsters

Hello everyone! This week flew by! Here's what happened:

Highlights:
-Exchange with Elder Wilkerson in Kitimat! We went to a rifle range for youth activities(we couldn't touch the guns, but we did set up the targets!)and had a blast with the youth! Elder Wilkerson is an incredible District Leader, and such a fun missionary!
-Hands down Prince Rupert has the best Fish and Chips.
-We had a sick lesson with our friend Shaun! We talked a lot about baptism, and he said he was going to pray about it!
-I got to go on exchange with Elder Salmon! He was my companion in the MTC, and it was so much fun to run it back with him! One of the things he is doing on the mission is taking pictures next to dumpsters cause apparently they have motivational quotes on them.
-"Its literally garbage, but not"

BUT by far the biggest miracle we saw was church attendance! Elder Wilkerson, our District Leader, invited our district to invite 100 people to church in 3 days, and we made a goal to have a total of 100 people(members and non members) attend sacrament meeting before the end of the transfer!
So we got grinding for church invites, and we ended up getting over 100 invites in those 3 days, AND over 100 people in attendance in the Branches on Sunday! It was such an incredible miracle! The Lord definitely blessed us for our efforts!

So big news! Tomorrow morning, our zone leaves and goes over to Haida Gwaii! So stay tuned to see some crazy pictures and to hear some crazy miracles! I am so excited for this opportunity to visit this remote part of the mission!

Anyways everyone, sorry it was pretty short this week, but that's what happened this week! I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
