Vic Round 4!

Hey yall! Hope yall had a fantastic week! Things are going pretty great over here in Victoria! It's going to be a shorter email this week, got a busy day ahead of us:

Transfer News: I am staying with Elder Jung in Victoria! Going to be a great transfer!

Highlights:

-Along with Transfer news, our whole district stayed here in Victoria, so no change at all haha.

-We met our new friend Wes! We had a great lesson with him, and he really wants to make a change in his life, so excited to start working with him!

-We got to help drive Elders around for transfers this week, so we got to make a trip up to Nanaimo! Always great to be back there! Such a beautiful area!

-We got to teach our new friend Tyler for the first time this Sunday! He is so elect! He really wants to change his life, and has such a sweet testimony of the Book of Mormon! He accepted the invitation to be Baptized as well!

-I had the privilege to conduct a Baptismal Interview this week! Each time I've done one, it's been such a sweet experience! The Spirit is so strong and these people are so prepared!

Spiritual Thought: This week I studied President Nelson's talk Joy and Spiritual Survival. What a phenomenal talk! You can really see how he has been helping us step by step to improve our connection with our Heavenly Father! I love in the talk how he talks about how we really can find Joy in everything! Even in our darkest times, Joy can be found! I think of Alma the Younger, when he talks about his 'Born of God' experience to his son Helaman, in his darkest moment, when he turned to Jesus Christ, immediately his pain went away. And what was it replaced with? Joy! I love how Alma says that nothing was so bitter as was his pain, but also nothing was so sweet as powerful as was his Joy! We can truly find Joy every single day, in every single moment. How? Through turning to Jesus Christ! And that is Thinking Celestial! I love how it all ties together! Anyways, if you haven't listened to that talk in awhile, I highly reccomend!

Anyways, that it for this week! Have a great week, and I'll talk to y'all later!

Haawa!

-Elder Biesinger

Again, no pictures, so sorry I'll do better this week!
