Hey everyone! Its been an exciting week! Here's what happened:
Highlights:
- P-day with the Duncan Elders!
- District Council with the Zone Leaders!
- Our new friend Wes!
- Our new friend Mario & his kids Kian & Kalen!
- Zone Conference!
- Me and Elder Walcer made the best Stir-Fry ever! It was so good it would have made Gordon Ramsay cry haha.
- Neck Point Park!
Lowlights:
- I've been so used to it being cloudy every single day, that now when the sun comes out, it makes my eyes hurt so much haha.
Wes:
Wes is a GOLDEN referral! We got a call from 2 Elders in Victoria
telling us Wes was moving up to Naniamo! He is progressing SUPER fast,
attends church every week, and is on date to be baptized on March 11! We
are so excited to help him with this last part of his progression
towards baptism!
Mario/Kian/Kalen: Mario and
his Kids are AMAZING! They have been meeting with missionaries for about
6 years already, but they honestly could already be members! They know
everything, they come to church, his kids come to Young Mens, how are
they not baptized yet? Every time we have met them, we are SHOCKED how
big their testimonies are of the gospel! So excited to keep helping them
towards baptism!
Neck Point Park: Yesterday,
we did some street contacting at Neck Point Park! A storm was blowing
in, so it was pretty cold & SUPER windy! But absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
It was cool to see the Mainland of Canada in the distance and to see the
Ocean! What a beautiful spot!
Anyways, hope everyone has a stellar week! It was an exciting week! Excited to see what comes next! The gospel is true!
