Week One in the Harbour City....

Hello everyone! Hopefully everyone had a great week! This week SO much happened! Kinda Chaotic, and stressful at times, but God is good and the work continues!

Highlights:

-Had dinner one last time with the Luenings & Brother Housholder before transfers!

-Nanaimo is BEAUTIFUL!

-The new apartment is SO nice

-My new District is amazing!

-Got to meet a bunch of members here already!

-Got to teach Primary on Sunday!

-Got to go to Gabriola Island!

-Tracting miracle on Gabriola Island!

Lowlights:

-Whitewashing an area is taking some getting used to.

-The mission Social Media work has been utterly Chaos this week, but thankfully is settling down.

-Nanaimo, even though its a MUCH larger city, it is still about as slow as Port Alberni. Kinda surprising.

Nanaimo transfer: Honestly this hasn't felt like we've been transfered haha. Since me and Elder Walcer are still together. It almost feels like we are on a vacation and will be going back to Port Alberni next week haha. 

Nanaimo is Massive compared to Port Alberni, and yet the work is slow. Which is kinda surprising. But hopefully me and Elder Walcer will get it going again! We did luck out on this apartment though haha.

Nanaimo is BEAUTIFUL! Seriously. It kind of reminds me of a smaller Honolulu. Its different for sure, but kinda feels like a mix of Kamloops and Port Alberni.

New District: my new district is amazing! Its gonna be a sick transfer with them! My district stayed the exact same except 2 brand new missionaries from the MTC are now here! Elder Gonsalves from France & Sister Wright from South Jordan Utah! They are both amazing & I'm excited to get to know them both throughout this transfer!

Gabriola Island & Miracle: Yesterday, me and Elder Walcer spent the day on Gabriola Island! Its a small Island off the coast of Nanaimo! Its a short ferry ride away. We had a blast there! First it was STUNNING! So beautiful. Seriously everywhere I've been in BC is so beautiful! Also we were able to go tracting on the Island! And that's how we met Peter! He is so spiritual! He's not ready to take the lessons yet, but he could tell that the spirit was with us! We gave him our phone number and told him he could call us anytime! 

Also can yall keep our friend Daren in your prayers? He is really struggling right now. 

Anyways, its been a busy week for sure! This next one will be busy as well! We have Zone Conference in Nanaimo! Excited to see everyone and to meet new missionaries!
